CA Wine Sales Representative & Brand Ambassador for Neal Family Vineyards
Sales Representative for Neal Family Vineyards (a family owned boutique winery with a long history of organic farming) with the responsibility to create greater brand awareness in California, target and win new on premise and select off premise accounts, maintain and foster these important relationships, and provide exceptional service. The goal is to creatively establish growth in California with our current accounts and a continuous effort to target and win appropriate new accounts to increase overall wine sales. This will be achieved by focused targeting efforts, strong and creative presentations, outstanding customer service, and proper post sales follow through.

Prospect, contact and visit (or Zoom) potential on premise and select off premise accounts.
Host successful presentations with key buyers that results in the sale of wine.
Increase product placements and open new accounts.
Plan and execute on a daily schedule of sales calls with weekly overview and outcome reports submitted to management.
Participate in trade and in-store tasting events, with proper event follow up.
Work with on premise accounts to create winemaker’s dinners or tastings (in person or via Zoom).
Collaborate with the management team and participate in weekly meetings to align with production, marketing and the events teams.
Experience & Attributes Desired:
BA/BS degree with emphasis in sales, marketing and wine.
3+ years of a proven track record of wine sales experience, new account acquisition and ability to meet sales goals.
