A small boutique winery in Napa Valley is looking for a full-time Estate Director. The Estate Director is responsible for elevating brand awareness through all sales channels, which includes promoting and selling limited small-production wines, allocation memberships, creating memorable guest experiences, and events. This position will also be responsible for building a referral network to develop new business opportunities and drive traffic to the winery.
The Estate Director is a hands-on position that includes daily operations. Some of these may include, but are not limited to: opening/closing procedures, setting up guest experiences, preparing food pairings, sanitizing tasting areas and restrooms, weekly inventory, answering the phone, responding to guests' email messages, glass washing, and accurately processing customer orders.
