The primary objective of this role is to professionally manage and motivate the tasting room staff, meet company financial goals, and ensure the highest level of customer service. The tasting room manager will be responsible for the day-to-day activities and management of a small professional staff of wine associates. The position requires excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, initiative and imagination, the ability to train and mentor the sales staff to meet company goals and be able to sustain an environment of professional and exemplary customer service.
Must have strong knowledge and passion for the wine and food industry, the energy, and perseverance to succeed in a small, diverse, yet growing business, and show the willingness and urgency to take personal responsibility for completing tasks and meeting company goals.
The tasting room manager role is a fulltime position that requires working both weekend days.
