Our Rutherford AVA Winery is currently seeking exceptional candidates to join our Leadership Team. We are searching for strong highly engaged Leaders who are experts in their particular industry specific field of focus. We have a strong preference for those with direct Wine, Food and/or Hospitality Industry experience. These times require inspiring, innovative and collaborative leaders who can work together to be successful. Our winery is known for its friendly, energetic, highly-motivated culture and the individuals we are looking for thrive in a FAST-PACED, hospitality-focused and team-oriented environments. We are looking for a top performing Controller, Event Manager and Tasting Room Manager to add to our already excellent Leadership Team.

The Controller is a Leadership position with the oversight of all finance, accounting and reporting activities. The Controller will lead all day-to-day finance operations and supervise a team of staff members including functional responsibility for accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. The Controller will work closely with organizational leaders and their staffs, not only to educate them regarding finance and accounting procedures but also to explore how the finance function can support operations.

The Tasting Room Manager is a leadership role focused on managing the guest experience and supporting the Director of Operations with 90% on-floor presence supervising the team delivering our world-class hospitality and educational experience. He or she creates a culture of excellent service, motivates the team and ensures all sales and hospitality goals are met.

The Event Manager serves a key role within the Winery as a strategic and mission driven leader who assists with a wide range of leadership and logistical roles related to high profile special events. This role partners up and across the organization to ensure that all the details are masterfully handled so the highest quality event experience is enjoyed. This is a liaison role between the Director of Events and other key partners, both internal and external. CRM and MS Office experience required.
