The Seasonal Tasting Room Support Associate will assist in the setup, organization and breakdown of all Chandon experiences. Also, they will help ensure the cleanliness of the customer areas and BOH area, as well as assisting when directed by the hospitality leadership team.

- Maintain clean and well-stocked Tasting Bar, prep area, and walk in cooler, during opening, throughout service and close-down
- Keep all tables, chairs and stations clear and wiped clean by bussing of glassware, service ware, and spills during service
- Run food and be able to describe to the guests
- Stock wine consistently during service; keep accurate daily inventories
- Communicate with management on supply levels and needs on a daily basis.
- Follow opening and closing checklists, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and the Tasting Salon, terrace, and dish areas are fully cleaned, stocked, and ready for guest arrivals and opening staff
- Describe tasting room options with accuracy and enthusiasm

- 1 year in a hospitality industry position, preferably in a back waiter or bar back role
- Work efficiently and follow company standards, with or without immediate supervision
- Complete multiple tasks with accuracy and urgency
- Assess situations quickly and responds with appropriate action, taking initiative to problem-solve as needed
- Ability to react quickly in a high intensity environment, maintaining a calm professional demeanor at all times
- Communicate through active listening skills and open-ended questions to gather immediate and accurate insight into guest needs
- Serve safe Certificate
- High school diploma or GED
- English required, second language helpful in communication with visiting public
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs or one case of wine
