Job Description:

Create a world-class visitor experience at Domaine Chandon in order to drive the messaging and innovation of the Domaine Chandon Brand. Join a fast paced, fun, “can do” hospitality team. Responsibilities
-Answer phone an email inquiry from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner.
-Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
-Assists guests and owners in a branded, friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary
-Knows all essential aspects of the winery operations.
-Supports the marketing and sales department with administrative tasks and community outreach
-Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are always clean and tidy
-Act as a liaison between guests and any department necessary
-Anticipate guests needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience
-Assist retail Associates in daily wine sales transactions and customer needs
-Assist with wine club pick ups and other wine club member needs
-Operating efficiently the POS system with accuracy, completing all transactions, providing correct change, and accurately ringing credit transactions

Requirements
-At least 1-2 years’ experience in Hospitality Sales, Restaurants, Wine Education / Hospitality Industry.
-Communicate through active-listening skills and open-ended questions to gather immediate and accurate insight into guest needs.
-Knowledge of methods for promoting and selling products and providing customer service.
-Ability to remain calm even under the most stressful situation.
-Multi-tasking skills
-Assess situations quickly and respond with appropriate action, taking initiative to problem-solve, if necessary.
-Able to process point-of-sale functions and comprehend mathematics to complete customer transactions.
-Lead others, by example and make decisions based on the need of the business.
-Possess a professional presentation
