Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Lead and manage business, promotions, distribution, innovation, and sales initiatives to sell Florida Caribbean Distillers’ brands
•  Utilize a proven track record of multi-state account management while developing account plans and budgets, prepare and present account reviews, and communicate activities effectively both internally and externally
•  Build and cultivate effective relationships relevant to the respective territory and cater to each account to improve market share and growth for all parties
•  Work closely to align with company goals, increasing brand visibility, and implement, manage, track execution, and evaluate results of pricing, distribution and space initiatives.
•  Work directly with and maintain constant communication with all relevant sales personnel to promote the sale of company brands within national, regional and local accounts.
•  Maintain consistent market visitation schedule between assigned territories
•  Must be able to analyze and develop sales opportunity
•  Monitor inventory to maintain proper amounts based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonal changes; monitor product for freshness.
•  Perform administrative tasks as they are assigned (expense reports, monthly work calendar, establish distribution targets, evaluate discount programs, conduct price surveys).
•  Assist in creating volume projections and marketing budgets; ensure compliance is maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field from an accredited college with a minimum two - three years progressive experience, or equivalent education/experience combination.
•  Strong understanding of the 3-tier system and proven success in the industry
•  Practical selling experience in food and beverage industry.
•  Proven success in adult beverage industry sales and account management experience including retail trade, on/off premise accounts, and independent liquor stores.
•  Strong verbal and written communicator who can articulate clear images and messages through words, public speaking and presentation skills.
•  Excellent interpersonal skills with the highest level of integrity.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
•  Valid driver’s license.
•  Overnight travel, weekend and evening work as required.
•  Excellent work ethic and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to multi-task, extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills
