Futo Wines is seeking an intern to join our team for the 2020 season.
Interns can expect to participate in all aspects of production, from vineyard to winery, including vineyard work, leaf water potential monitoring, harvesting, sorting line, fermentation monitoring, cap management, barrel work, and winery sanitation. Once harvest starts, applicants should be ready to work long hours (~12 hrs/day), 6 or 7 days per week.
Interns must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs. Prior winery experience is helpful.
Start date is flexible, ideally May or June, ending in November.
