Customer Experience Coordinator

Job Description:

Honig Vineyard & Winery is a family owned and operated winery located in Rutherford, in the heart of the Napa Valley. Our family is dedicated to producing quality wines, sustainable farming practices and community involvement.

Position Summary: This position creates the first impression of the winery and sets the standard of hospitality for every guest experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer all incoming calls and hospitality emails in a professional, courteous manner
- Assist customers in scheduling tasting appointments, placing phone orders, offer informed recommendations of restaurants/hotels/other wineries, and provide accurate directions
- Obtain customer data and input into database system
- Outreach to develop ongoing relationships with concierges and other tasting rooms
- Monitor and order all retail merchandise and supplies
- Assist with events (set-up, duration, and break down)
- Assist Wine Club Manager as needed
- Other administrative task and projects as needed

- Positive, friendly, and energetic attitude

- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Able to handle multiple projects at once
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Customer service experience (including winery experience) a plus
- Clean driving record (minimum driving is required)
- Must be at least 21 years of age, be able to lift 50 lbs., and stand/sit for long periods of time
