Domaine Serene Hospitality Lead

Proactively facilitates all aspects of Clubhouse operations at Domaine Serene, working to develop a team that passionately promotes the winery as a premier luxury brand, and creates a truly unique and memorable bespoke experience that our guests want to share with others. Establishes and effectively maintains high standards of performance in all areas, including but not limited to: guest service and experiences, team-building, visual presentation of the Clubhouse consistent with the brand image, and ensuring on-going training and development of hospitality staff. As a liaison between the management and associate teams, the Lead ensures understanding and execution of Domaine Serene’s vision for hospitality.

Core Position Expectations:
•  Assists in communicating the vision, mission and core values of Domaine Serene
•  Successfully oversees all aspects of a designated area of the Clubhouse: guest service, sales strategy and initiatives, inventory accuracy, cash reconciliation, and shipping orders
•  Effectively partners with the leadership team to ensure all experiences meet the high standards of the brand and consistently exceed the expectations of our guests
•  Actively participates in the training of other team members on a daily basis
•  Provides ongoing team education in order to improve both knowledge and skills
•  Supports leadership in communicating policies and procedures and holding all team members accountable
•  Be present on the floor at all times during service
•  Monitors Hospitality associates to ensure proper sampling of wine and bonus pours.
•  Ensuring Hospitality associates
•  Provides clear, ongoing communication to the team through consistent and timely direction, and meaningful coaching
•  Encourages the continuing development and advancement of all team members
•  Projects a positive company image at all times
•  Possesses a commanding and advanced knowledge of POS system, including ability to effectively perform opening and closing procedures
•  Relay information to ensure all team members are updated with current wine and marketplace information including trade information, new release timing, and upcoming club information
•  Exhibits strong guest focus at all times and fosters long term relationships with our guests
•  Helps to maintain our customer database of top VIP guests
•  Conducts VIP tours and tastings
•  To plan strategically and initiate projects in pursuit of team objectives
•  To support the team in every way possible

•  Strong desire to optimize sales opportunities without being aggressive
•  Informs leadership of all guest complaints in designated area and assists in both resolution and recovery
•  Physical activities required include extensive standing, walking, and regularly lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
•  Supports leadership in ensuring that we are compliant with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations
•  Assists in providing adequate safeguards for the health and safety of all team members
•  Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
