eProvenance offers award-winning IoT solutions for monitoring and analyzing the temperature, humidity and geolocation of wine in transport and storage. Our proprietary algorithms analyze data collected by our sensors to determine the eProvenance Score, which clearly indicates the extent of shipment damage, if any, not just whether the shipment experienced problematic temperature conditions. A leader in monitoring the fine wine cold chain, eProvenance has significant growth opportunity for solutions in other sensitive goods markets. eProvenance is seeking a Customer Success Liaison (CSL)
We're looking for someone who likes to be in the game, own the challenges and keep things running like clockwork. Does working directly with customers energize you? Do you enjoy working with technology and data? Are you excited by IoT? Do you like helping customers improve their business using innovative technology? Does the idea of working with great wineries and importers around the world intrigue you? Do you like to optimize process and provide exceptional service? Can you work well independently and communicate effectively with internal team members to keep them informed and leverage supporting resources as needed?

The CSL plays an essential role in daily operations. The CSL must support customers through implementation, keep tabs on all aspects of the monitoring program and establish a strong rapport with each customer to facilitate consistent communication.

Applicants should be able to work efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Traits needed to excel in this position include strong communication skills (written, listening, and verbal), sustained attention to detail, independent proactive problem solving skills, as well as the ability to identify and communicate insights on customer shipment quality trends.
