Part-time Club Manager

Job Description:

Rain Dance Vineyards is home to 120 acres of farmland including 73 under vine, wildlife corridors, preserved native trees and over 100 llamas who add a unique twist to our sustainability program. We produce homegrown wines and provide gracious hospitality in our elegant country setting complete with tranquil views from our covered porch and patio, and a selection of artwork and estate woodwork.

We are looking for a part time Wine Club Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is an individual with a passion for great service, membership and retail sales. The Wine Club Manager will be responsible for the overall profitability of the wine club, track and ensure goals are met. They will work in tandem with our Tasting Room Manager.

Build wine club
•  Ensure long-term retention
•  Increase sales
•  Process wine club orders
•  Create programs to grow and retain membership

Help create compelling events and help ensure participation
Manage social media and website
Manage all wine club processing and communication
Make sure data is in system, up-to-date, and accurate
Help plan calendar for events, shipments, and inserts
Work at wine club events and schedule Tasting Room sales associates to work event
Manage wine club events, rentals, caterers, staff, entertainment, etc.
Help wine club members with special needs for shipping or pick-up
Prepare reports to analyze and project club sales and profitability
Represent Rain Dance Vineyards at wine events
Train Tasting Room sales associates in wine industry, Rain Dance wines, and shipping
Be a team player. Work with Tasting Room sales associates to reach daily and monthly sales goals
Follows OLCC laws and guidelines for serving and selling alcohol. Assure Tasting Room sales associates are trained and follow OLCC laws and guidelines
Work with sales representatives as needed
Manage all inventory


Reliable transportation, proof of insurance, valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to walk, bend, reach and kneel
Positive professional demeanor
Work independently, but be a team player
Must be available evenings and weekends as needed
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.


Must be 21 and have current OLCC Servers permit
Solid sales, marketing, and event planning experience
Extensive knowledge of wine and wine industry
Amazing guest and employee management skills
Passion for great service, membership and retail sales
Positive professional attitude
Ability to multi-task
Other duties as assigned

Ability to work 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday and help on weekends as needed
