We are currently seeking a part-time Concierge to ensure our guests are welcomed and directed onto the property, creating the guest's first impression and setting the tone for the entire experience.The secondary function of the concierge is to politely screen nonscheduled groups for appropriateness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet & facilitate arrival of guests to the property for tasting, reservations and events
Responsible for positive customer interactions, specifically greeting and welcoming guests, checking guests in for appointments, and questions while managing the flow of tasting room traffic
Remain in designated outside area for prolonged periods of time
Actively remain aware of tasting room guest count, ensuring large unscheduled groups are handled on a basis of availability and guest well being
Accurately track guest counts
Assist with directing guests to the appropriate areas and answering other questions
Assist with facility needs as requested by manager
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Ability to accurately follow instructions and take direction
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
