Job Description:

Mi Sueño Winery is a family owned winery, founded in 1997 by Rolando and Lorena Herrera and is located in South Napa. Mi Sueño Winery is an artisan producer of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and other fine reserve wines.

We are a small dynamic staff looking for a new addition to our team as Administrative and Accounting Specialist. We are a hard-working team focused on growth and excellence and are looking for like-minded applicants.

Qualified candidates will be able to perform the following:

Administrative Duties
•  Manager President’s calendar
•  Coordinate meetings as needed
•  Track Vineyard Activity
•  Manage President’s special projects as needed
•  Maintains Office Supplies

Accounts Receivable
•  Invoice customer accounts for Multiple Companies
•  Receive and post all customer payments
•  Process Monthly Statements
•  Assist with collections

Accounts Payable
•  Manage Vendor Accounts
•  Post payables for Multiple Companies
•  Process weekly Vendor Payments
•  Manage and post receipts to Credit Card Accounts
•  Reconcile Credit Card Accounts

•  Time Entry for Multiple Companies
•  Payroll Date Management

Monthly Closings
•  Assist as needed


Attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, MS Office, Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Quick Learner, Self-Starter and Team Player
Wine Experience a plus
Bi-Lingual- English/Spanish a plus
