Vintage Wine Estates is a collection of vintner family-owned winery estates and brands based in Santa Rosa, California. We are an industry leader across all sales channels and dedicated to providing wine consumers with a range of wine selections from $10 to $100 dollars. Vintage Wine Estates is a dynamic, growing organization seeking a Wine Club Coordinator. Customer service is central in our culture, with focus on both our external and our internal customers. This position is primarily responsible for creating a memorable customer experience for each guest in the Tasting Room to help grow our wine club program. In this role, you will work closely with the Wine Club Manager, and the Tasting Room. This dynamic position will play an instrumental part in achieving targeted sales and membership growth for existing, and future wine club members.


Ensure orders are processed accurately, and timely
Review various inventory locations to ensure orders are not creating outages
Contact club members with missed delivery attempts to reduce return rate
Proactively “upsell” wine club members, grasping every opportunity to add to existing allocations
Contact club members with declined credit cards ASAP post batch processing
Work with Wine Club Manager to deplete end-of-lot and library wines, and plan club shipment selections
Assist with communication and work with tasting room management to educate staff on selections, hosting tastings of new releases
Create a memorable experience by greeting all visitors and pouring wines for tasting
Sell wine and wine club memberships based on monthly goal
Describe wines and winery history; answer visitors’ questions about wines
Handle routine sales transactions that include operating the register and accounting of daily sales
Assist with merchandise display and stocking of retail items and wines
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of facilities
Assist with special events as needed
Acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of winery and its wines
Perform all other duties as assigned
