Comments from our 2018 Intern:
“My internship at Buccella has been the most thorough and extensive internship I've ever had. The whole team took their time to make sure I felt part of the group and understood every aspect of what we were doing and most importantly WHY. The knowledge and skills that I learned from everyone at Buccella is immeasurable. This winery is a true gem among the many choices in the Valley. They believe in paying it forward and real comradery, what winemaking should be about.”
Comments from our 2017 Intern:
“Buccella offers a fantastic internship for those who want to experience all aspects of the winemaking process. Everybody on the winemaking team is enthusiastic about giving the interns the best learning experience during harvest, creating a great work environment where the interns feel comfortable to ask questions and give their opinions. Since Buccella is a small winery producing high-end wines, you will get to see a hands-on process that is focused on quality. I personally learned so much more than I had expected to during my time here and would highly recommend the internship to people who are intent on learning. “
Comments from our 2016 Intern:
"My internship at Buccella was a great opportunity to experience all the facets of boutique high-end wine production. Since their grapes are sourced from a multitude of exceptional vineyards across the valley you are able to learn about and sample fruit in different appellations and follow these lots through fermentation and barrel storage to see their distinct evolution. You're able to get hands-on experience as a contributing member of a tight knit high-functioning team. With over 30 fermentation lots there is exposure to both small barrel fermentation lots and larger tank ferments and you can closely follow the subtleties and evolution each through both lab and sensory analysis. Anyone with an enthusiastic willingness to learn and contribute will be rewarded many times over in this position. "
Buccella is small family owned winery in Napa. Please visit our website www.Buccella.com for more information about Buccella and the wines we make.
