Organic vines - Organic farms: Family-Owned Estate Winery seeks passionate and dedicated Culinary Team Members. Must love to cook from scratch, glorify seasonal ingredients and work with fresh produce from the winery gardens and pastures using traditional techniques including open-hearth, wood-fire cookery and classic preservation techniques of canning and fermentation. Common sense and refined knife skills are a must. Please do not apply if you are addicted to sous-vide or other tech-driven techniques. The winery philosophy is simple elegance. The diverse portfolio of cuisine-friendly wines are paired with creations sourced from the gardens and farm. This position will work directly with the acclaimed winery executive chef who is also co-proprietor. Mostly daytime hours with the occasional after-hours event.
