Customer Support Success Manager

Job Description:

simplyCMS is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and provide stellar customer support to our valuable clients.

Your responsibilities would include:
Be a client advocate within our organization and build strong relationships with our clients.
Working directly with our valued clients to provide product and service information.
Becoming a simplyCMS expert and knowing the ins and outs of our entire platform.
Provide stellar technical support to our clients.
Assist in new account and client setups.
Help produce documentation of new features of simplyCMS.
Provide feedback from client base on ways to improve simplyCMS.
Actively participate in development of suggestions for new features and priorities of the platform based on experiences with clients.
Work with management and technical team members to escalate priority support requests.

Customer Success Manager Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to be empathize with a client's challenges and needs.
A keen understanding of winery direct to consumer including wine clubs, CRM, ecommerce and in person transactions.
Prior winery experience a major bonus.
Technical support experience. Ability to understand and experience using online applications.
A strong focus on quality and a commitment to getting "it" done right.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues to identify causes and determine solutions.
Ability to write and produce documentation including writing documentation articles, creating images to include in documentation and creating videos.
Have an entrepreneurial drive and spirit and an excitement for building something with a great group of people.
