St. Francis Winery has immediate openings for Bussers for our beautiful Visitor Center located in the heart of Sonoma Valley. These are part-time positions working 2-4 days a week. Varying days/hours. Weekends and some evenings required. The positions support our busy Tasting Room, Wine & Food Pairing, Events and Kitchen teams by bussing food and wine in the presence of guests, washing, polishing and replenishing dishes and glasses, carrying multiple plates and glassware, assembling and breaking down boxes, tables, etc., packing and carrying customer wine orders, assisting with set-up and servicing of indoor and outdoor seating areas, communicating needs between the Tasting Room, Wine & Food Pairing, Events and Kitchen staffs and assisting in maintaining clean, safe, efficient and well-stocked work areas.
Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service, teamwork and communication skills. Previous bussing experience preferred. Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand / walk for extended periods of time. Must be reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible schedule when needed.
