Job Description:

Job Summary:
In working as part of a small artisan team, diligently apply a diverse skillset across multiple areas of the winery. Exhibiting extraordinary organizational skills, become a hub for communication for members, management and employees. As a brand ambassador, represent the style and image of VIADER in all customer and professional interactions, focusing on the delivery of warm, personalized service at every touch point and the development of long term relationships. This position has the potential for full time for the right candidate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Member Relations:
-Monitor “Customer Care” email and respond to queries in a timely fashion

-Allocation Admin
•  Assist members with any alterations, address changes, suspensions or cancellations
•  Send Charge Notifications
•  Invoicing / Charging
•  Maintain an updated credit card database to minimize declines
•  Resolve declines and expirations through contacting the members as needed

-Special Events
•  Collect RSVPs and Charge Tickets
•  Distribution of confirmation emails
•  Become primary point of contact

2. Office Admin / Executive Assistant:
-Assist the family and Estate Director with scheduling, travel arrangements and other tasks as needed

-Send out staff meeting requests and document, type up and distribute meeting summaries

-Maintain stock of all office supplies and order as needed

3. Tasting Room:
-Monitor phone lines and email during peak times and respond to all queries in a timely fashion

-Assist tasting room staff and manager as needed with experience breakdown and setup.
•  Help clear and reset tables
•  Buff and reshelf glassware

-Apply VIADER hospitality principles in all guest interactions

4. Shipping Logistics and Compliance:
-Shipcompliant
•  Annual permitting
•  Monthly reporting
•  License updates

-Assist fulfillment with wine club shipments
•  Label printing and application
•  Packing
•  Problem solving and re-routing with FedEx

Candidate Profile:

Job Requirements:

Education/Experience:
Luxury customer service experience a plus, with aptitude and demonstrated understanding of customer needs and the positive resolution of any issues. Experience with social media is also a plus.

Skills:
Extraordinary organizational skills required. Ability to stay focused and productive while multitasking in an active environment. Excellent written and verbal communication. Attention to detail with meticulous follow through, team player with a positive, constructive sense of humor. Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Independently motivated to recognize and resolve issues as they arise. Exhibit significant motivation and ability to learn, contribute and explore new ways of exceeding expectations.

Physical:
Ability and desire to work with a dynamic and changing schedule which may include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Capacity to work on feet for at least 8 hours per day. Ability to lift, move and stack forty pounds.

Other:
Intermediate to advanced typing and office skills, general proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must be at least 21 years of age, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Other Desired Job Qualifications:
Spanish proficiency.
