Wine Club Manager

Job Description:

This position will be responsible for the growth of the wine club and consistent maintenance of DTC sales. The candidate must be flexible, adaptable, and possess the ability to work at a high level in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected. Wine Club Description:

•  Process wine club shipments and daily orders and oversee all fulfilment and related customer service
•  Host visitors in our tasting room and represent the winery at off-site tastings/events as needed
•  Maintain all membership files accurately and serve as quality assurance for all DTC orders
•  Oversee Vin65 (WineDirect) database and ensure all products, SKUs, contacts, pricing, media, etc is updated as needed
•  Ensure all orders are compliant with applicable state laws through Ship Compliant software
•  Manage wine club inventory and shipments to ensure flawless execution of quarterly wine club shipments and other campaigns
•  Conduct outbound sales calls and customer outreach
•  Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand an existing wine club and grow its established base
•  Grow wine club membership by implementing industry best practices, maximizing onsite conversions, and undertaking creative marketing programs
•  Work with General Manager and team to develop and execute wine club events and maximize customer experiences in our tasting room
•  Plan and host exclusive off-site tastings for members

Qualifications and Skills:

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or similar field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
•  At least 3 years’ experience in winery DTC sales and club management
•  Proven experience and proficiency in Vin65 (WineDirect), Ship Compliant, MailChimp, Wordpress, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office
•  Available to work weekends on a regular basis or as needed
•  Able to travel around the country as needed for winery events and exclusive member Tastings
•  Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
•  Cool under pressure and able to professionally deal with customers
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Sense of ownership and a proactive personality
•  Able to manage time and projects efficiently and independently
