Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant

Job Description:

Growing vineyard management company seeking motivated self-starter for full-time bookkeeping/office manager position. Working knowledge of Quick Books and Microsoft office a must. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

- Payroll for all employees
- Daily entry of deposits
- A/R
- A/P
- Bank/CC reconciliations
- Bi-weekly billing to clients
- Renewal of all licenses and permits relating to vineyard management
- Federal/State required postings
- Data Entry of all labor timesheets
- Other duties as required
