The Wine Club Manager is responsible for the profitable growth of this segment of our Consumer business, and will be charged with driving this segment to the next level. You will be fully supported in your efforts and have the necessary resources to accomplish your objectives, and you will be joining a team of accomplished professionals who work daily to raise the bar and deliver exceptional results. Minimum 2 years of Wine Club and Loyalty program experience,
Demonstrated sales and membership growth and retention success,
Able to create and execute impactful loyalty and hospitality programs,
Demonstrated ability to be influential with internal and external audiences, and enjoy communicating
Very well organized,
Customer service and sales focused,
Experience with POS, Shopping Cart and Email campaign software applications
Good knowledge of and passion for fine wine,
Unquestionable ethics and honesty,
Collegiality and team-player a must,
Tireless work ethic and over-achiever, and willingness to do what’s necessary to build the brands profitably,
