Winery searching for a full time, hands-on Winemaker producing approximately 12,000 cases per year. The winemaker is responsible for Monthly Federal & State record keeping, production spreadsheets, production costing and procurement, equipment maintenance, and other tasks relating to the winemaking position. Candidate must work co-operatively with Upper Management and Vineyard Manager on long term planning and goals to ensure quality and productivity while maintaining efficiency and a budget.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and perform manual labor.
Enology/Food Science Degree or relatable degree preferred. Minimum 5 years Winemaking experience required.
