Estate Wine Club and E-Commerce Manager
Estate Wine Club and E-Commerce Manager

Job Description:

Position Overview
Colene Clemens Vineyards is entering an exciting new chapter. As a family-owned, single-vineyard and women-inspired wine company in Oregon’s Chehalem Mountains, we are evolving our brand through updated packaging, exclusive Cellar Club offerings, new single-block bottlings, and elevated hospitality experiences. We’re seeking an innovative, entrepreneurial person to help shape our future. The Estate Wine Club & E-Commerce Manager will lead Wine Club and online sales, growing membership, increasing direct-to-consumer revenue, strengthening loyalty, and reducing attrition. This hands-on role combines creativity and execution within a small, collaborative team that values a positive, supportive, and rewarding work culture. This is an opportunity to rethink Wine Club marketing, create compelling campaigns, improve the e-commerce experience, and find new ways to tell our family story and deepen customer connections. Base salary of $70,000–$80,000, depending on experience, with the potential, although not guaranteed, to earn an additional $12,000 - $15,000 annually through performance-based bonuses, Wine Club sign-up incentives, and gratuities. This newly created role offers limitless potential for a creative, pioneering Wine Club professional who thinks beyond traditional boundaries, brings fresh ideas, and is excited to shape the future and build something extraordinary with us.

About Colene Clemens Vineyards
Colene Clemens occupies 122 acres where the Chehalem Mountains and Ribbon Ridge AVAs converge - located just 25 miles away from Portland and 18 miles from McMinnville lies this rugged, untamed property whose steep hillsides once served as a farmstead, orchard, and quarry, with an 1880s barn still standing as a link to that past. We are not négociants; every wine we make is estate-grown, produced, and bottled. Our commitment to thoughtful, low-intervention winemaking, sustainable farming, and exceptional hospitality is at the heart of everything we do.
