Position Summary
We're looking for a Vineyard Manager who also serves as the Owner's Assistant. This is a dual-role position: you'll run day-to-day vineyard operations and crew management while supporting the owner with grape sales, grower relations, and business coordination. The ideal candidate has hands-on field experience managing vines through the full annual cycle and a track record of selling grapes. Experience in wedding venue operations is preferred.
Key Responsibilities


Office Administration Part
•    Oversee general office administration and maintain efficient organizational systems.
•    Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations.
•    Content Development: Assist in the creation of written, visual, and multimedia content for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more.
Vineyard Part
•   Operations across assigned vineyard, works closely with the Vineyard Supervisor to coordinate daily vineyard operations and support the production of high-quality grapes. to achieve financial, sustainability, and fruit quality goals.
•    Lead, and guide vineyard employees. Communicate work assignments and expectations clearly, monitor progress, and provide feedback to help ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
•    Having experience for Vineyard Maintenance,Support proper care of vines and crops, monitor soil and plant conditions, and help maintain irrigation systems. Ensure tools and equipment are used correctly and kept in good working condition.
•    Having sales experience in the grape sector,Maintain a Master Route to regularly call on all assigned accounts,Track sales pipeline, accounts receivable, and contract fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
•    Experience: experience in a vineyard manger and sales experience in the grape industry
•    Viticulture Knowledge: Strong knowledge of vineyard practices, including vine care, irrigation, pest management, and harvest techniques.
•    Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks and guide a diverse team.
•    Language Skills: Proficiency in both spoken English and Spanish.
•  experience in wedding venue operations is preferred.
Salary:
•  $30 – $50/hour depending on experience
