Robert Sinskey Vineyards seeks a hardworking multi-tasker for the position of Dishwasher. Must have a propensity for work on an organic and regenerative farm, tackling new challenges every day while keeping space, tools, dishes and glassware clean and organized.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
•  Handwash culinary tools ranging from utensils to large appliances
•  Operate commercial dishwasher
•  Wash and polish glassware and silverware
•  Maintain the organization of all supply storage
•  Clean bathrooms, floors and other shared spaces
•  Wash towels, guest house bedding and any other laundry
•  Lend a hand harvesting fruits and vegetables in the orchards and gardens
•  Help process fruits and vegetables as they are harvested
•  Help maintain watering schedules for the gardens and orchards
•  Compost food waste for the farm
•  Help set up and breakdown the occasional event

Compensation:
•  Pay range for this full-time position is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Basic Requirements:
You must be over 18 years of age, preferably with experience in the hospitality industry. You’ll have to move appliances and lift heavy boxes (a case of wine, roughly 40lbs), walk in vineyards, through a farm, or on other uneven surfaces.
