We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of growing our direct-to-consumer business—not simply someone who wants to work a shift.
The right person will be a self-starter who sees opportunities and acts on them. You should be comfortable talking with customers, developing relationships, analyzing sales, creating promotions, working with the tasting room team, managing a wine club, updating a website, and coordinating events.
You don't need to be an expert in every area on day one. What matters most is that you are organized, curious, sales-minded, technologically capable, and willing to take initiative.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands that great hospitality drives sales. Every guest is an opportunity to build a relationship, create a loyal customer, and introduce someone to the Kirchhoff Family Wines brand.
