Lead the guest experience at one of Virginia's premier estate wineries.
Keswick Vineyards is an award-winning estate winery nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains just
outside Charlottesville. We are seeking an experienced hospitality leader to oversee our tasting room, inspire our
team, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences while driving Wine Club growth and retail sales.

What You'll Do

•  Lead and inspire an exceptional tasting room team
•  Deliver world-class hospitality and memorable guest experiences
•  Drive tasting room sales and Wine Club growth
•  Recruit, coach, and develop employees
•  Manage daily operations, inventory, and merchandising
•  Maintain Virginia ABC compliance and service excellence

We're Looking For

•  Management experience in hospitality, wineries, restaurants, luxury retail, or similar
•  Outstanding leadership and communication skills
•  Passion for guest service and team development
•  Track record of achieving sales goals
•  Commerce7 or winery experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

•  $60,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
