Join our little family in Glen Ellen, the heart of Sonoma Wine Country! We pride ourselves on exceptional wine and genuine hospitality. As the face of our estate, you will share our story, pour handcrafted wines, promote wine sales and encourage new wine club signups.

Operating Hours
Friday–Sunday, 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Weekend availability is required.

What You Will Do
Deliver Hospitality: Welcome guests with warm, authentic service.

Share Our Story: Lead engaging, educational wine tastings.

Drive Sales: Promote wine sales, merchandise, and wine club memberships.

Operations: Handle POS transactions; keep the tasting room clean and stocked.

Build Connections: Foster relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Support Events: Assist with special events and daily setup/teardown.

What We Look For
People First: Passion for hospitality, strong wine knowledge and sharing our Little story.

Sales Driven: Comfortable promoting wine sales and growing wine club sign-ups.

Team Players: Self-motivated and thrives in a tight-knit team.

Adaptable: Multitasks quickly with strong attention to detail.

Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift and move up to 30 lbs (case of wine) regularly.

Experience: Hospitality/retail background a plus, but we will train the right person.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $20.00 per hour.

Incentives: Bonus structure based on wine club sign-ups (non-commissioned) and tips.
