We're a small, hands on winery focused on producing limited production Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Rosé that truly reflect where they're grown. We believe in wines with character, not mass production. Around here, there are no scripts to memorize or rushed tasting room experiences, just genuine conversations about great wine.

What you'll be doing
•  Host private tastings for wine club members, collectors, first time visitors, and VIP guests, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for each group.
•  Drive direct to consumer sales through the tasting room, our online store, wine Club, private client relationships, and winery events.
•  Help grow and strengthen the wine club by focusing on meaningful member relationships and long term retention.
•  Build lasting connections with guests who come back because of the experience you created.
•  Collaborate on brand storytelling, events, and creative ideas that reflect who we are as a winery.
•  Manage the day to day operational details, including e-commerce, CRM, inventory, scheduling, and wine release logistics, to keep everything running smoothly.
•  Develop relationships with local hotels, concierges, and tour partners to introduce new visitors to the winery.
We'd love to meet you if...
•  You have 3-5 years of experience in luxury wine, hospitality, or a similar customer focused environment.
•  You know how to connect with people naturally and make recommendations without feeling pushy.
•  You have are able to breakdown wine profiles using standard tasting protocol.
•  You're looking for a role where you can take ownership, contribute ideas, and make a real impact.
•  You're organized, self motivated, and comfortable balancing hospitality with behind the scenes operations.
•  You're available to work weekends, occasional holidays, and winery events.
