Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Bottling Line Operator to oversee all aspects of daily bottling operations, including production, equipment, personnel, quality, and safety. This position requires a leader who takes ownership, leads by example, and ensures production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, thrives in a fast-paced production environment, and has the leadership skills to motivate a team while solving problems as they arise.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of daily bottling operations.
* Lead, supervise, train, and support production personnel while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
* Operate and oversee bottling equipment and production processes as needed.
* Monitor production schedules, efficiency, and quality to ensure operational goals are achieved.
* Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate maintenance or repair needs.
* Coordinate equipment setup, changeovers, and daily production activities.
* Maintain accurate production records and required documentation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
* Communicate professionally with management, team members, and customers.
* Identify opportunities to improve productivity, workflow, and overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on bottling experience required.
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
* Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced production environment.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability.
* Ability to work overtime during peak production periods.
* Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods (8–10 hours).
* Class A CDL preferred but not required.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Work Environment
Work is performed in manufacturing and production environments in both indoor and outdoor settings. This position requires standing for extended periods, working around industrial machinery, lifting and moving materials, and performing physical tasks throughout the workday. Occasional travel between work locations may be required.
