We are looking for an OUTSTANDING Tasting Room Associates to be part of our team. Beautiful downtown waterfront location in the old Petaluma Mill Building. Our tasting room is a vibrant, dynamic and fun place and we are looking for the same in a tasting room associate.

REQUIRED
- Tasting Room Sales experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell wine to tables for on-premise consumption, take away, or shipments
- Educate guests on about the history of Adobe Road Winery and deliver exceptional customer service to every guest.

- Promote our Wine Club and Sell Wine on-site and at off-site events.
- Take beverage orders using Commece 7 POS system on iPads
- Deliver beverages to tables & deliver best in class service
- Stock wine, glassware, and service tools
- Commerce 7 POS experience, opening and closing responsibilities

COMPENSATION
$25.00 per hour + tips + commissions and bonuses. We are committed to providing an exciting, supportive, engaging environment that adds to your skill set.

REQUIREMENTS
- A valid, current Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Open availability, must be able to work weekends
- Strong attention to wine and hospitality
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, while contributing to our high-energy, friendly, upbeat hospitality
- Ability to lift 45 pounds (a case of wine)
- Detail-oriented, punctual, self-motivated team player who is able to multi-task
