Who we are.

Artist Block is a progressive wine brand built for a new generation of collectors, creatives, and tastemakers, a haven for the creative type and anyone thirsting to know more about art and wine. We make limited, allocated wines from the Dundee Hills AVA, and we've built something that doesn't fit neatly into any category. Our A-List membership program is the inner circle of everything we do, exclusive curated events, limited drops, and direct access to one of the most exciting wine stories unfolding in the Pacific Northwest.

The role.

This is a revenue-owning position. You will own the two numbers that determine the health of the entire club channel: member lifetime value and attrition. If those numbers move in the right direction, you win, and you'll be paid like it every quarter.

Beyond growing and retaining the club, you own the full operational backbone that makes it run, fulfillment, inventory, and ordering.

This role grows with the company. As the club scales, so does your scope, your team, and your compensation.

What you own.

Member Growth & Conversion

- Drive net new member acquisition through the tasting room, events, referrals, and digital channels
- Build and execute a conversion strategy that turns guests into members, floor pitch, referral offers, follow-up cadence, and everything in between
- Own the waitlist and application experience from first touch to signed card
- Collaborate with the tasting room team on floor training and member pitch consistency

Retention & Lifetime Value

- Monthly attrition rate and member LTV are your two primary KPIs, you track them, report on them, and build systems to actively improve them
- Identify at-risk members early and execute a personal outreach strategy before they cancel
- Build a member journey, from welcome to renewal to upgrade, that makes leaving feel like a real loss
- Own all member-facing communication: shipment announcements, event invitations, quarterly letters, and personal touchpoints

Data & Reporting

- Pull your own reports. Build your own dashboards. You are not waiting for someone to hand you a spreadsheet
- Fluent in Shopify, Klaviyo, Excel or Google Sheets, and whatever tool gets the job done
- Translate data into decisions, not just observation, but action
- Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports covering attrition, net member growth, AOV, and LTV

Club Fulfillment

- Own the end-to-end fulfillment process for all quarterly club shipments, picking, packing, shipping, and accuracy
- Maintain high fulfillment accuracy across all club runs
- Manage card decline outreach and resolution before each shipment cycle closes
- Coordinate tasting room fulfillment, ensuring in-person orders, pickups, and member transactions are processed correctly and on time
- Handle post-shipment issues, including lost packages, wrong orders, and member complaints with urgency and care

Inventory Management

- Own the inventory tracking system for all club and tasting room wine, merch and supplies
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy in Shopify
- Flag low stock proactively, never let a shipment or the tasting room be jeopardized by a stock surprise
- Coordinate with the winemaking and production team on allocation quantities and release timelines

Ordering & Vendor Coordination

- Manage reorder timing for tasting room supplies, club packaging materials, and ancillary products
- Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, packaging, shipping carriers, and fulfillment supplies
- Track cost per shipment and flag cost anomalies to leadership
- Optimize packaging and shipping costs without compromising the member unboxing experience

Events & Member Experience

- Partner with the team to design member-exclusive experiences that deepen loyalty and create urgency for prospects
- Manage the member perks calendar across all three tiers
- Ensure every member touchpoint, digital, physical, and in-person, reflects the Artist Block brand

How you're paid.

Your base is $60,000. Your bonus opportunity is up to $20,000 annually, paid quarterly, aligned to your shipment cycle and goals, growing YOY as the club does.
