At Knights Bridge, hospitality is not a service, it is a point of view. The Estate Host is a central steward of that philosophy, welcoming collectors, members, and guests into an experience defined by professionalism, and a deep respect for the craft of winegrowing.
This role is ideal for someone who brings warmth and polish in equal measure: a thoughtful professional who anticipates needs before they arise, who understands that luxury is built through consistency, and who takes pride in elevating every detail. Curiosity, intelligence, and a desire to grow within a high-performance team are essential. Prior winery, restaurant, or luxury hospitality experience is valued. Weekend and select holiday availability is required.
The Estate Host works closely with colleagues across the estate to uphold the Knights Bridge standard of excellence, meaningful connection, and a guest experience that feels both personal and unforgettable.
