Position Summary:
3 Badge Beverage Corporation is seeking an experienced hospitality industry candidate who has the skills to execute and operate a direct to consumer beverage program. Gehricke Wines is our heritage wine program that includes a tasting room operated out of our firehouse and offsite vineyard stone room.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•  Manage the day to day activities of the tasting room including wine tastings, by-the-glass or bottle service, wine education, wine club promotion and events
•  Support and maintain a wine club for our flagship Sonoma County wine brand Gehricke Wines
•  Provide excellent customer service and hands on wine education to patrons
•  Monitor and maintain point of sales operation and product setup to ensure all wine related information is accurate.
•  Assist in text messaging campaigns and social media content
•  Support Management with Tock reservations system
•  Accurately track product inventory including donations and promotional items
•  Keep hospitality space areas organized, clean and properly functioning
•  Assist in fulfillment of wine orders placed through our e-commerce platform

Experience Required:
•  High School Diploma or Equivalent required
•  2+ years of wine industry, hospitality or beverage experience preferred
•  Friendly, Fun, & Social with Great Customer Service

Skills and Attributes Required:
•  Ability to work weekend and evening hours, Thursday through Monday
•  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere
•  Proficient using computer programs such as Microsoft Office, FedEx and UPS systems
•  Ability to work autonomously and with extended hospitality team including: marketing, sales, accounting and executives

Physical Requirements:
•  Ability to lift 50lbs
•  Ability to sit or stand at a computer or POS system for extended periods of time
•  Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Candidate must be 21 years of age.

Pay Information: $20 per hour + tips
