Perlee is looking for a highly energetic, hospitality-driven Guest Experience Captain to help drive our tasting room experience with warmth, precision, and elevated service in the heart of Oregon wine country.

This is not a traditional tasting room role.

We are seeking someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments, naturally connects with people, and understands how to create unforgettable guest experiences while driving strong sales performance. The ideal candidate brings the presence and leadership of a Michelin-level service captain combined with the energy of a top-performing luxury sales professional.

You will help set the tone for Perlée every single day — helping drive service, elevating the guest experience, working with the team in real time, and creating meaningful relationships with our guests and members.

What You’ll Do

Drive daily tasting room service with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
Create a high-energy, luxury hospitality experience for every guest
Drive wine sales, wine club conversions, and repeat visitation
Guide guests through tastings with compelling storytelling and product knowledge
Maintain exceptional attention to detail in service, presentation, and hospitality standards
Support and coach team members on the floor during service
Help orchestrate the flow and energy of the tasting room
Build relationships with members, collectors, and VIP guests
Handle guest recovery situations gracefully and proactively
Assist with private events and elevated guest experiences as needed

Preferred Experience

Fine dining, Michelin-starred, luxury hotel, or elevated hospitality background strongly preferred
Wine knowledge appreciated, but hospitality instinct and sales ability matter most
Experience in luxury retail, members clubs, boutique hotels, or high-end restaurants is a plus
Experience leading service teams or acting as a floor lead/captain preferred
