Remote (Part-Time as needed roughly 5x per year)

Position Purpose

Under general/minimal supervision, the Ecommerce Campaign Specialist provides email support for direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives at Gandona Estate Winery. This role ensures compelling visual and written communications across digital channels, enhancing brand presence, driving engagement, and supporting revenue growth. This is not a full-time position and will only need to be utilized for DTC/Wine Club promotional emails around 5 times per year. The candidate for this role can work fully remote on their own schedule during specific timelines.
*Must be familiar with VinSuite and MailChimp online platforms.

Essential Duties

•  Creates and edits images for email campaigns, banners, and newsletters
•  Designs emails in VinSuite including building templates, layouts, and lists to email specific groups
•  Utilizes MailChimp to send emails to specific groups (members, subscribers, previous guests/purchasers, etc).
•  Writes promotional copies for marketing campaigns, email communications, and Wine Club newsletters
•  Maintains the DTC email calendar to ensure timely and coordinated campaign delivery
•  Builds, designs, and deploys emails for Wine Club and mailing list.
•  Builds and refines automated email/SMS workflows in VinSuite and MailChimp
•  Works closely with management to ensure brand consistency across all communications
•  Supports other DTC marketing initiatives and operational needs as required

Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience

•  High school diploma or GED equivalent
•  3+ years related experience and/or training preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

•  Familiar with eWinery platforms, VinSuite and MailChimp
•  Must be 21 years old
•  Flexible, self-motivated, and professional with the ability to multi-task
•  Excellent communication skills
•  Highly organized, accurate and detail oriented
•  Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
•  Computer proficiency, basic database management, MS Office, (Word, Excel), Internet
•  Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO
