Job Description

Three Sticks Wines, one of Sonoma’s most extraordinary wineries, is seeking a Part-Time Club Member Experiences Host to join our hospitality team at The Adobe, located just off the historic Sonoma Plaza.
This role is centered around our Member Lounge: a vibrant, communal space offering a dynamic, restaurant-style experience built around wine flight tastings, connection, and conversation. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about delivering exceptional, personalized hospitality to our Wine Club members and guests.
This is a part-time position, primarily Thursday–Sunday (1-2 days in slower season, up to 3 days in peak season) and must be available for evening private events and special member experiences. Primary responsibilities are listed below but are not limited to:
MEMBER LOUNGE HOSPITALITY & SALES:
•  Deliver elevated, restaurant-style hospitality in a fast-paced, communal lounge setting
•  Guide guests through curated flight experiences with confidence and enthusiasm
•  Build genuine relationships with Wine Club members and foster a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere
•  Maintain a strong understanding of club benefits, upcoming events, releases, and member offerings
•  Communicate club benefits clearly and confidently
•  Support release sales and promote upcoming events and experiences
•  Assist with member outreach and relationship-building efforts
•  Comfortable hosting both Member Lounge experiences and non-member seated tastings, with full training across all Adobe experience programming.
•  Assist with lobby pourings and guest engagement opportunities during high-traffic periods


EVENTS & EXPERIENCES:
•  Support and execute private events and informal member gatherings
•  Adapt service style to fit both structured tastings and relaxed lounge experiences
•  Assist with capturing photo and video content for the marketing team

OPERATIONS & TEAM SUPPORT:
•  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Lounge and Adobe spaces
•  Assist with opening/closing procedures
•  Wash and reset glassware and lounge areas
•  Support inventory and logistical needs as required
•  Work collaboratively with the full hospitality team to uphold the highest standards

PAY: $23-$25 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:
•  2–3+ years hospitality experience (wine industry or restaurant experience preferred)
•  Strong understanding of wine; knowledge of Sonoma and wine production a plus
•  Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and connection
•  Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-forward environment
•  Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
•  Ability to speak knowledgeably about club benefits, releases, and upcoming events
•  Positive, adaptable, team-oriented mindset
•  Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and private events
•  Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
