Durant Vineyards is looking for a kitchen lead to support daily operations in the tasting room kitchen. Duties include: food prep, plating and service; keeping the kitchen cleaned and organized; keeping track of stock; training and supervising kitchen helpers; assisting winery chefs with onsite events (wine pairing dinners, wine club parties, etc.)
The kitchen lead reports directly to the tasting room manager and chef.
