Vine and Valley Farm Labor is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Cellar Hand for the upcoming season at Pym-Rae by Tesseron Estate (Beginners are welcome.) This is a great opportunity to work in a professional winery environment and gain hands-on experience during a critical period of the winemaking process.

Position Overview:?The Cellar Hand will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day winery operations. This role is primarily focused on cellar work (approximately 90%), with occasional vineyard tasks (approximately 10%) to support overall operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Perform general cellar operations, including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining winery equipment
•  Assist with grape processing, fermentation, and wine transfers
•  Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
•  Support vineyard tasks on a limited, as-needed basis

Requirements:
•  Motivated individuals eager to learn (prior experience welcomed)
•  Ability to communicate effectively in English (French or Spanish is a plus)
•  Strong work ethic and reliability
•  Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing for long periods, and working in varying conditions

Compensation:
•  Starting pay: $23/hour
