Wine Lounge Associate
Location: Downtown Napa
Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (flexible scheduling, weekends required)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hospitality-driven Wine Lounge Associate to join our growing team in downtown Napa. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic wine-focused concept featuring exceptional wines, curated tasting flights, elevated wine-based cocktails, and luxury pairing experiences.

Responsibilities
•  Provide warm, knowledgeable, and engaging service to guests
•  Educate guests on wines, tasting notes, and wine-based cocktails
•  Prepare and serve wine cocktails with consistency and care
•  Guide guests through curated tasting flights
•  Present and pair wines with chocolate truffles and caviar offerings
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lounge environment
•  Assist with retail wine sales and club sign-ups
•  Support private events and special activations

Qualifications
•  Previous experience in wine service, wine bars, tasting rooms, or hospitality required
•  Knowledge of wine fundamentals (WSET or similar certification is a plus)
•  Experience with wine-based cocktails required
•  Experience pairing wine with chocolate truffles and/or caviar preferred
•  Strong communication skills and confidence guiding luxury tasting experiences
•  Ability to thrive in a polished, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
•  Must be 21+
