You will guide guests through curated tastings, share insights about our wines and winemaking process, and create memorable experiences for visitors from around the world.

Key Responsibilities
Pour and present wines to guests in a professional and engaging manner
Lead guided tastings and educate guests on varietals, terroir, and production methods
Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with visitors
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming tasting room environment
Process sales transactions and promote wine club memberships
Stay informed about current vintages, wine profiles, and winery updates
