Role Overview:
We are looking for a Site Manager who takes real ownership of our Walla Walla location — someone who holds themselves accountable, leads from the front, and genuinely wants to grow the brand. This role is responsible for driving sales, creating exceptional guest experiences, and building meaningful relationships with customers across multiple touchpoints (in-person, phone, email, and beyond).
This is not a “keep things running” role — it’s a “make things stronger” role.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Hospitality Leadership:
•  Lead the day-to-day operations of the tasting room with a strong focus on sales performance and guest experience
•  Personally host guests and set the tone for hospitality, service, and storytelling
•  Drive revenue through tastings, wine club conversions, and outbound customer engagement
•  Build and maintain relationships with customers across multiple channels (in-person, phone, email, text)
•  Actively contribute to and execute on sales goals, while holding yourself accountable to results
•  Identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and overall customer experience
Team & Culture:
•  Lead by example with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
•  Support, coach, and develop team members to elevate performance and consistency
•  Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and pride in the work
•  Ensure clear communication and alignment with broader company goals
Operations:
•  Own daily site operations including opening/closing, and guest flow
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment across all areas:
•  Tasting room / bar
•  Patio and exterior spaces
•  Back-of-house and office areas
•  Manage inventory awareness and assist with fulfillments as needed
•  Proactively identify operational gaps and take initiative to solve them

•  Comfortable driving customer engagement and sales through in-person interactions, phone calls, and email communication
•  Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
•  Ability to balance hospitality, sales, and operations seamlessly

Requirements:
•  OLCC and Food Handler’s Permit required
•  21+ years of age
•  Ability to lift 40+ lbs
•  Availability to work weekends and evenings

Compensation:
•  Hourly: $20/hour DOE
•  Sales Bonus: Based on performance and goals
