A celebrated boutique winery in the heart of Paso Robles wine country is seeking an accomplished Hospitality Manager to lead a premier guest experience program. Known for its artisan winemaking philosophy, intimate setting, and dedication to the craft, this estate is entering an exciting new chapter - with newly developed hospitality spaces and curated experiences that set a new standard for luxury wine country hospitality.
This is a rare opportunity to shape and own a world-class hospitality program from the ground up - building the team, the experiences, and the culture that will define this winery for years to come.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Hospitality Manager holds full responsibility for all guest-facing operations — from daily tasting room experiences and private estate visits to signature events and local trade outreach. You will lead a talented team of hosts, sommeliers, and event staff, instilling a culture of genuine warmth, deep wine knowledge, and flawless execution.
What You'll Do
• Lead and develop a high-performing hospitality team across all guest experience touchpoints.
• Launch immersive, memorable experiences within exciting new venue spaces.
• Build and manage annual hospitality budgets, sales goals, and performance metrics
• Cultivate relationships with luxury hotels, concierge services, and local trade partners to drive qualified visitation.
• Design and execute an elevated events calendar — from intimate wine releases to bespoke member gatherings.
• Oversee wine education, service & engagement training, and ongoing team development programs.
• Champion membership and wine sales growth through exceptional guest engagement and resulting conversions.
What You Bring
• 5+ years of progressive hospitality management experience, preferably in luxury wine, hotel, or resort environments
• Demonstrated ability to build and inspire a team around authentic, elevated service standards
• Proven track record in DTC sales, membership programs, and revenue management
• A passion for wine, food culture, and creating deeply personal guest connections
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and tracking performance metrics
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the organizational discipline to execute at the highest level
Why This Role
This is not a role for someone looking to maintain the status quo. The winery is investing in new hospitality venues and experiences, and this manager will have the vision and authority to bring them to life. You'll work alongside a passionate owner who is deeply committed to the guest experience and the long-term success of the brand — a true partnership in building something extraordinary.
