Clos Solène is one of Paso Robles' most celebrated boutique wineries, nestled on the west side in the heart of the Willow Creek AVA - a region renowned for producing some of California's finest Rhône-varietal wines. We craft small-production, handcrafted red and white blends with an unwavering commitment to excellence, and we sell them almost exclusively to the people who love them most: our members.

A Role That's Truly One of a Kind
We're looking for a Membership Manager who understands that wine is ultimately about relationships and who has the talent, warmth, and drive to cultivate extraordinary ones.
This is not a call-center role or a data-entry position. This is a seat at the table. You will be one of just three key managers in the business, reporting directly to the CEO and working hand-in-hand with ownership to shape the direction of our most important sales channel. You'll have real influence, real creative latitude, and real ownership over outcomes that matter.

What You'll Do
As Membership Manager, you'll lead and grow Clos Solène's direct-to-consumer membership programs — from our curated wine clubs and seasonal releases to personalized outreach campaigns and exclusive member events. You'll bring strategic thinking to how we structure and evolve our programs, and a personal touch to every interaction with our most loyal customers.
Specifically, you will:
Drive revenue and membership growth by developing targeted campaigns, refining club structures, and converting wine lovers into lifelong members
Own the member experience end-to-end - from automated shipments and release communications to high-touch, concierge-level outreach for top-tier members
Lead with data using platforms like C7, Enolytics, and Treefrog to track performance, surface insights, and guide strategy
Collaborate closely with the CEO, Hospitality Manager, and Private Client Services Coordinator to ensure every touchpoint - digital or in-person, reflects the Clos Solène standard
Help shape our brand presence, contributing to website development, marketing collateral, and relationship-building with the sommelier community
Bring fresh thinking to how we engage a broader, younger audience without compromising the luxury positioning our members expect
Who You Are
You are self-motivated and entrepreneurial. You take pride in your work and hold yourself to a high standard. You love wine, genuinely, and you love the people who love wine. You communicate with warmth and professionalism, whether you're writing an email campaign, picking up the phone, or welcoming a member at the tasting room.
You're comfortable with Winery POS platforms (Commerce 7/Wine Direct), at ease in a fast-paced environment, and energized by the idea of building something lasting at a winery on the rise.
Experience in wine DTC, wine club management, and/or luxury hospitality is strongly preferred.
