What will be asked of you:
Provide our guests with an optimum tasting experience while communicating to them about the wines.
Share the stories that make White Rose Estate so special.
Able to execute the different tasting experiences available for our guests.
Communicate with guest about Wine Club opportunities and encourage membership.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace that conforms to the aesthetics of White Rose Estate.
Communicate with guests via phone about reservations, wine club membership details, or purchases.
Follow the White Rose Estate uniform aesthetics.
Collect guests information and purchases accurately in the POS system.
Ensure cleanliness of the guest restroom, as well as the indoor and outdoor tasting space.
Complete pre-shift and post-shift check list.
Help / Assist with any onsite Events for club members or general guests.
