Position Summary:
We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver exceptional hospitality and highly personalized tasting experiences for guests visiting Bevan Cellars. This role requires the ability to build genuine relationships with discerning collectors and cultivate long-term connections with our valued clients. As a representative of Bevan Cellars, the Brand Ambassador shares the story behind our wines while guiding guests through thoughtful, tailored tasting experiences that reflect the quality and prestige of the portfolio. Success in this role comes from combining hospitality, wine knowledge, and consultative sales to drive meaningful engagement, conversion, and lasting loyalty among our collector community.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Host elevated, high-touch wine experiences for clients, collectors, and trade partners, with a focus on meeting sales goals.
•  Proactively cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients and members through personalized outreach, tastings, and ongoing engagement.
•  Drive sales and revenue by identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and introduce new releases or exclusive allocations to consumers and collectors.
•  Utilize deep knowledge of luxury wine sales and customer preferences to tailor recommendations and create memorable experiences that build long-term brand loyalty.
•  Execute targeted phone outreach to re-engage past tasting room buyers, convert high-value prospects, and enhance retention using approved sales lists.
•  Accurately manage guest transactions, reservations, and client information using Commerce7 while capturing meaningful data to support ongoing sales and marketing initiatives.
•  Develop and manage a local referral network with concierges, drivers, and winery partners to drive tasting room appointments.
•  Represent the Bevan Cellars brand with professionalism at the hospitality venue and at select on- and off-site events.
•  Maintain accurate tasting room materials and resolve guest needs graciously and efficiently to ensure a seamless guest experience.
•  Communicate regularly with management regarding guest engagement, sales opportunities, and tasting room performance.
•  Conduct daily opening and closing procedures.
•  Work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as required by the hospitality schedule.

Compensation & Benefits:
•  $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
•  Generous sales commission

Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The pay scale offered for this position is $30.00-$35.00/hour. This salary range represents what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. However, the actual pay rate will depend upon job-related factors such as overall qualifications, skills, experience, education, etc. The Company reserves the right to modify the range at any time.
