As an on site representative, the Hospitality Host reflects the culture and spirit of Kenzo Estate. This role requires genuine curiosity, warm engagement, and the ability to create meaningful, memorable experiences. By thoughtfully hosting private tours and tastings and supporting direct to consumer sales, the Hospitality Host builds lasting relationships and ensures every guest leaves with a deep connection to the estate and its wines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•  Embody the role of ambassador and storyteller for Kenzo Estate, conveying the history, philosophy, and vision that define our wines and our hospitality.
•  Host authentic, personalized tours and tastings, tailoring each visit to guests’ interests while upholding the core values and service standards of Kenzo Estate.
•  Guide each visit with a structured yet fluid approach, maintaining a warm, genuine demeanor while upholding consistently high service standards.
•  Encourage deeper brand connection by building rapport through thoughtful conversation and offering guests a rich understanding of our estate, our craft, and the unique qualities of our wines.
•  Invite guests to explore and purchase our wines, enhancing their connection to the estate and encouraging continued engagement.
•  Establish and nurture lasting relationships with private clients and returning guests.
•  Inspire interest in limited-release or library wines when appropriate, supporting long-term patronage.
•  Practice responsible and considerate hospitality at all times.
•  Coordinate wine sales, allocations, and shipment details with the appropriate internal teams.
•  Assist with setup and breakdown of tastings, tours, and guest experiences.
•  Maintain immaculate conditions across all guest-facing areas of the estate.
•  Clean, polish, and care for all hospitality tools, glassware, and service materials as needed.
•  Support the overall hospitality schedule in collaboration with the Tasting Room Manager and broader hospitality team.
•  Assist in monitoring and managing wine inventory at tasting locations.
•  Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance the guest experience and ensure Kenzo Estate remains a benchmark for refined, heartfelt hospitality.

Qualifications:
•  Prior experience in luxury hospitality, wine sales, or fine dining preferred
•  Strong interest in wine education, Napa Valley terroir, and estate-driven wines
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Strong knowledge of wine and the wine industry is required.
•  Proven sales background with the ability to meet and exceed goals.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM platforms.
•  Ability to kneel, bend, stand for extended periods, climb stairs and hills, and lift up to 50 pounds.
•  Availability to work weekends is required.
•  Bilingual Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required
