Position: Guest Services – (Part-time)

Position Summary
Each Guest Services team member is responsible for delivering highly customized hospitality experiences connecting visitors to the winery with the Darioush brand supporting long-term, loyal membership goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Guest Experience & Hospitality
o Host and guide consumer, trade, and VIP guests through wine tasting and hospitality experiences in accordance with company service standards.
o Present Darioush wines, history, and winemaking philosophy in a professional and engaging manner.
o Adapt guest experiences based on guest preferences and feedback.
o Accurately record guest interactions, preferences, and sales information in POS and CRM systems.
o Conduct follow-up communication with guests, including written correspondence, email, or phone outreach, to support relationship development and repeat visitation.
o Represent the winery at company-approved brand events, including trade tastings, consumer events, and private client dinners, as assigned.
• Sales & Client Development
o Promote winery offerings including tastings, events, wine purchases, and First Offering membership opportunities, in alignment with company goals.
o Support fulfillment of guest purchases by coordinating order processing, shipping, and follow-up with the Direct-to-Consumer team.
o Utilize POS, CRM, and guest appointment software to prepare for scheduled visits and manage guest interactions.
• Team Collaboration & Operations
o Work collaboratively with Guest Services, Concierge, Facilities, and other operational teams to ensure effective hospitality operations.
o Communicate guest feedback, service trends, and potential service improvements to management.
o Maintain the ability to host individual guests or multiple groups simultaneously in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
o Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace and assist with general visitor center operational tasks as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of hospitality or customer service experience, preferably in the wine industry, luxury hospitality, or related service environments.
• Wine knowledge required; professional certification or coursework from recognized industry organization is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts based on business needs.
• Ability to lift and carry 40lbs, regularly climb and descend stairs, and regular squatting and kneeling as required in hospitality service.

Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly Rate: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
